Shipping Method: We have partnered with a trusted courier service to ensure safe and prompt delivery of your MONO meal replacements.
Processing Time: Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 24 hours of purchase.
Delivery Timeframe: Expect your order to be delivered within 3-5 working days after it has been handed over to the courier.
Shipping Cost: The shipping cost will be determined and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
Packaging: We ensure that your MONO meal replacements are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
Eligibility for Refund:
You are eligible for a refund in cases where the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refund Process:

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

At this time, MONO does not offer a return policy unless the product received is damaged or defective.
